Manuscripts Reading Rooms and Stacks Section
The task of this department is to ensure the proper functioning of the Manuscript Reading Rooms and Stacks. Furthermore, its members inform the Director of the Department of the manuscripts in need of restoration, and manage the requests of approval for reproductions.
Their task is also to welcome and help scholars and researchers, indicating the main tools used for bibliographic research.
They offer assistance in making electronic requests for manuscript and enable access to manuscripts in a digital format.
They also organize and tend to the various stacks of manuscripts.
